This is the official Privacy Policy for CORE QR Scanner (com.lightbridgegroup.coreqrscanner). It applies to the current Google Play release and should be read together with any permission notice shown inside the app.
1. Developer and data controller
LIGHT BRIDGE GROUP DOO BEOGRAD-NOVI BEOGRAD (“LIGHT BRIDGE GROUP”, “we”, “us”) develops and publishes CORE QR Scanner. Privacy questions can be sent to office@lbgroup.rs. Company identifiers: PIB 113756444, MB 21921530.
2. Data we process
- No personal data is collected by LIGHT BRIDGE GROUP.
- Google Play may process purchase and transaction information when a premium feature is bought.
How processing works
- Scan content, history, favourites and settings remain on the device.
- QR content is not transmitted to LIGHT BRIDGE GROUP servers.
- The app does not use advertising SDKs.
3. Device permissions and access
Permission is requested only where needed for a feature. The user can refuse or later revoke Android permissions in device settings.
- Camera — only while the user is actively scanning a code.
- Network — for Google Play Billing and app updates.
- Locally generated files — only when the user saves or shares a QR image.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by Google Play for purchases, licensing, distribution and app updates. The reviewed release does not send app-created content to LIGHT BRIDGE GROUP servers.
5. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the type of data and service. No system can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their device, operating-system account and any app credentials.
6. Retention and deletion
Local history remains until the user deletes it, clears app data or uninstalls the app. Purchase records are retained by Google under Google Play terms.
This app does not create a LIGHT BRIDGE server account. Instructions for removing local information are available on the local data deletion page.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or information about personal data we control. Contact office@lbgroup.rs. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
8. Children and changes
The app is not directed to children unless its Google Play listing expressly says otherwise. We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available at this URL.
