Updated: 7 October 2026
This policy covers the LIGHT BRIDGE GROUP website, not the separate CORE applications. Their privacy notices are available in Apps.
Who is responsible?

Contact and the website assistant
When you send an email, we receive the contact details, message and attachments you provide. The website contact controls open your email application; sending depends on your email service. The current chat guide processes messages in your browser, without sending them to an external AI service. Its conversation is held in page memory. Do not enter sensitive information.
Hosting and visit statistics
Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request data, including IP addresses, for delivery and security. Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate visit statistics such as pages, referrers, approximate location, browser and device type. It does not use third-party cookies for visitor identification. These reports do not give us visitors’ names or email addresses. Hosting logs are separate from analytics reports.
Language storage and external links
Your language choice is saved in browser local storage as lbg-language until you clear website data. The current website does not include advertising pixels. PDF downloads do not require registration. Google Play, LinkedIn and other external destinations have their own privacy policies when you follow their links.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use enquiries to respond and, where requested, prepare or perform a contract. Website operation, security and proportionate usage analysis serve our legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Legal obligations may require certain records. Where consent is required, it must be obtained separately and can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Merely visiting this page is not consent.
Providers, transfers and retention
Hosting and email providers process data needed to provide their services; data may be processed outside Serbia, including in the United States. Applicable transfer safeguards depend on the provider and service; Vercel publishes its data processing terms below. We keep correspondence as needed to resolve enquiries, manage the business relationship and meet legal obligations or legal claims. Provider log and statistics retention depends on service settings and terms. You may ask us for details or request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.
Your rights and updates
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing. Contact us using the details above; we may need proportionate identity verification. You may complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection or another competent authority. The website guide does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date.
